Well, what a great class of senior calves. At the top, this pair of white heifers are very close, but this first calf, I don't always need them the tallest but she's made right and that's why she wins the class. She has a little more width and depth of rib, she is so clean, stylish and long and has that advantage over the calf in second. She is more slender through her neck and cleaner through the crest of the neck and is also longer from hooks to pins with a cleaner bone to the leg than the calf in second. I admire the second calf and appreciate her balance and depth of rib, and she is stronger through her top line and wider in the pins than the calf in third. I do appreciate the calf in third for her width through the front end, but what a beautiful dairy calf following out in forth.
