"Ladies and gentlemen, it's been a pleasure and a great experience for Tyler and I to place this great heifer show. We think the exhibitors deserver a round of applause for their hard work. We left these five heifer calves in the center of the ring and like I stated before, we want heifers that can make cows. We pulled out our winter calf - a beautifully balanced heifer with sweep to her rib, openness & femininity. Our two fall calves - a leading calf with lots of frame, hard over the top, and pins in the right place, and a second place fall calf, a very correct calf who needs a touch more openness to win her class. Our winter yearling - a beautifully balanced dairy heifer who's so feminine through the head & neck and our winter yearling - another beautifully balanced dairy heifer with an extremely feminine head and neck.

I'm going to go out and select our junior, reserve and honorable mention junior champions. Hopefully you'll appreciate them as much as Tyler and I do.

For Junior Champion, we can't deny the winter yearling today. What a beautiful heifer with lots of style. She's long and clean and feminine. We're giving her the slight advantage over the spring yearling because of that femininity through the head and neck and she's slightly cleaner down through the hock.

Our junior yearling will be reserve. What a tremendous frame and that strength through the front end and crop region places her over the fall calf.

Congratulations again."
