"Well ladies & gentlemen, at the end of the senior cow classes, we brought out five cows that best exemplify the kinds of cows I like. We brought out our 4-year-old - just flawless from end to end. She's got beautiful balance and she uses that advantage to go over the recently fresh second place 4-year-old. This second place 4-year-old just needs to get into a little more show shape and she'll run hard. We pulled out our two 5-year-olds - what a beautiful framed cow and the second place 5-year-old - another tremendous cow. And our 125,000-lb. cow - a beautiful dairy quality cow as well.
These are the kinds of cows that any kind of breeders would like to own.
Ladies & gentlemen, at the end of the day, I don't think we can deny this big, black cow. She's got quality from end to end and a great udder. She's clean boned and has a little more strength through the front end than our beautiful 125,000-lb. cow. I just love the mammary system and mobility of this cow and give her advantage over our honorable mention cow. We also give her an advantage on her mobility of her hind legs and cleanliness of hock."
