"What a tremendous class of spring yearlings that fell into place quite nicely. Our first place heifer has extreme style and quite an advantage in having that uphill run. She's a little cleaner all the way throughout. Taking nothing away from our heifer in second, a May 26th heifer who has extreme size and depth and just a really well made heifer. She's a little more open and has more spring to the fore and rear rib today placing her over the heifer in third. Our third place heifer is carrying a little bit of condition today, but we're in the yearling classes so I'm okay with that. But this heifer in third has a little more depth in both her fore and rear rib and is a little harder in the loin than our stylish heifer in fourth."
